An example of a comforting and easy classic. Eaten as breakfast, dessert of maybe just when you’re hungry. The porridge can also be topped with other syrups, nuts or fruit! So make it your own and enjoy!
Semolina Porridge
Equipment
- Cooking pan
- Baking pan
Ingredients
- 200 ml Milk plant-based

- ½ Orange
- Bigarreaux or fresh cherries
- 3 tbsp Almonds
- 2 tbsp Ginger Syrup
Instructions
- Heat up the milk, the raisins, some orange zest and juice of half an orange. Also add the semolina. Keep stirring so the semolina doesn't burn on the bottom of the pan.

Because in America we don’t use the metric system, I find it too time consuming to convert your measurements into cups, tbsp., tsps, etc. Any chance of you converting these?
